The onsite engineer will provide services to Customer during Customer business hours.
Experience:Incident restoration and service provisioning for Avaya telephony services as per the policies and procedures of the Network Service Team;Development & documentation of incident & service provisioning & policy with the Network Service team.Network Monitoring & fault detection.Change & release of preventative maintaince and or/patches to resolve problems on the Avaya platform.Skll & procedure education of Network Service and IT Service Desk personal;Moves Adds and Changes.
Key skills: Strong customer service orientation. Excellent Communication skills. Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
Remuneration: Excellent Package .
