My client is seeking a Tier 2 Support Engineer / Field Engineer / implementation Engineer to join their team.
Role:
- Provide Tier 1-3 Level support (focusing on tier 2-3) via phone/webex/onsite/etc to customers with different products in the space of call recording, quality, WFM, performance management, analytics, etc during standard work hours and out of hours including weekends as per the need and using well defined processes and tools.
Experience & Qualifications:
- IT Degree
- 3-5 years experience as support engineer/implementation engineer
- Knowledge of Windows Operating System administration and internals
- Knowledge of Networking rotocols, troubleshooting, equipment
- Knowledge of Application Infrastructures Technologies icrosoft SQL Server, MSMQ, COM/DCOM, IIS, WebLogic, Java, .Net
- Knowledge of Contact Center/Telephony Environments TI, Cisco/Avaya/Nortel/Others, VoIP
- Advantage for having previous knowledge with Call Recording/Quality/Workforce Management applications

- Strong Customer Orientation
- Ability to work alone and part of a team
- Multitasking capabilities
- Smart, with Strong Analytical and Problem Diagnosis skills
- Business Applications orientation and Basic Project Management skills
