Title: Help Desk - Ist Level - Permanent CBD LOCATION

Role: In order to assist with my clients ongoing growth and expansion plans we are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced First Level Help Desk Officer to join our Information Systems team.

Duties: Responsible for delivering first line support to users. The primary focus of this role is to record incidents and resolve where possible. Training will be given to assist in first time resolution.
Unresolved incidents can be passed to 2nd/3rd level support team after suitable investigation. You will join a friendly team whose focus is excellent customer service delivery.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a service centre,
Excellent communication skills,
Commitment to providing a high level of service,
Thoroughness when recording incidents,
Experience or understanding of service desks,
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 applications,
Good knowledge of user account administration (Active Directory),
Knowledge of hardware configuration,
Knowledge of networking infrastructures,
Experience in an end user based environment,
Self motivated and ability to work under on own initiative in a timely manner,
Willing to follow procedures and directions.
Team player.
Strong customer focus.

Remuneration: Excellent
